The Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervising the construction and maintenance of Council’s road and street works (including drainage) by Council’s day Labour workforce and sub-contractors. Assignment of work crews is at the discretion of the Manager Roads Construction and Maintenance as determined by operational requirements. Reporting to the Manager Road’s Construction and Maintenance you will be required to work independently under general guidance.

The RMPC Labourer is responsible for carrying out labouring works on road and street construction and maintenance projects throughout the Shire. Assignment to works crews is at the discretion of the Manager Roads Construction and Maintenance, determined by operational requirements.

This Position is Full Time Permanent and is based in St George.

The RMPC Works Ganger is responsible for assisting with project operations and carrying out contracted Road Maintenance Performance Contract (RMPC) activities by the Department of Transport & Main Roads (DTMR) for maintenance of State-controlled roads within the Shire. Assignment to works crews is at the discretion of the RMPC Supervisor, determined by operational requirements.

This position is Full Time Permanent and is based in St George
